Position Vacant: Data Entry/General Office Support

A small training organisation located in outer north east Brisbane requires a Data entry/ general office person for up to 8 hours per week.

General duties include but not limited to and are in addition to the data entry.

  • Preparing student paperwork for storage
  • Boxing and labelling student paperwork
  • Enveloping and mailing student certificates


  • Essential experience with student record systems – preferably Icare;
  • Excellent data entry skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to prioritise work;
  • Ability to work well in a small group;
  • Well groomed;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Time Management skills;
  • Adaptable, reliable, courteous, organised and motivated;
  • Current drivers licence and own vehicle is essential.
